The spark and desire to become an educator began in early childhood. However, my journey wasn’t without its trials. Struggling with stress-related health issues and financial strain led me to exhaustion. Determined to enhance both my teaching experience and my students’ learning, I shifted my focus to crafting student-centered, differentiated and scaffolded math lessons plans. These efforts paid off, with my materials proving successful in student engagement and alleviating my stress and pressure. Now, I’m driven to extend this success by making these Common Core-Aligned resources accessible to all teachers who may also be facing teacher burnout.
